Agriculture Faculty Requirements

Sydney Institute of Agriculture course requirements

If your units of study include CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY you will require equipment. Click on your relevant degree below to view your specific requirements.

As lab classes start during the first week of Semester One, make sure you have ordered and allowed time for delivery of your equipment before lectures start. (Beginning of March)

BAgrEc  Bachelor of Agriculture Economics

Ag Science Major only; students taking units of study with CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY need course equipment:

  • 1 x lab coat (either faculty embroidered or plain white)
  • 1 x pair of safety glasses

Coats and safety glasses will be required for the beginning of Semester One. Required for years 1, 2, 3 and 4.

BEnvSys  Bachelor of Environmental Systems

Only students taking units of study with CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY need course equipment:

  • 1 x lab coat (either faculty embroidered or plain white)
  • 1 x pair of safety glasses

Coats and safety glasses will be required for the beginning of Semester One. Required for years 1, 2 and 3.

BScAgr  Bachelor of Science in Agriculture

Only students taking units of study with CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY need course equipment:

  • 1 x lab coat (either faculty embroidered or plain white)
  • 1 x pair of safety glasses

BResEc  Bachelor of Resource Economics

Only students taking units of study with CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY need course equipment:

  • 1 x lab coat (either faculty embroidered or plain white)
  • 1 x pair of safety glasses
